Raised on hard work and horsepower, he brings hands-on knowledge and real-world experience to every job. He doesn’t just sell the ranch-tested machinery—he uses it, fixes it, and makes sure it’s ready to perform when you hit the pasture or highway.

Morgan is the backbone of the day-to-day operations at Top Hand Ag Equipment, a family-owned ag equipment business. She handles equipment logistics, coordinates orders and installs, and ensures that everything runs smooth and steady. From managing inventory to guaranteeing customers leave with exactly what they need, Morgan exemplifies customer-focused service while keeping the business grounded and growing.
With a deep ag background, a sharp eye for detail, and a no-fuss attitude, she gets things done—whether that’s loading bins, answering customer calls, or teaching the next generation (a.k.a. Riata) how to run a ranch right, using ranch-tested machinery.
Top Hand doesn’t run without her—and we wouldn’t want it to.

Carson Withey

Carson Withey works in sales and customer support for Top Hand Ag Equipment, helping producers find equipment that fits their operation and gets the job done right. With a strong background in agriculture and ranch life, Carson understands the day-to-day demands producers face and works hard to provide practical solutions that customers can depend on.
From overhead bins and bale beds to trailers, corrals, and ranch equipment, Carson helps guide customers through the buying process while making sure they leave with equipment that works for their operation. Whether he’s answering calls, helping in the yard, delivering equipment, or out checking cattle himself, Carson brings a hands-on approach and a customer-first mindset to the Top Hand team.
At the end of the day, Carson believes good equipment and good customer service still matter — and he works hard to provide both.

Meagan Stephens leads marketing, social media, photography, and brand development for Top Hand Ag Equipment. With a background deeply rooted in agriculture and livestock, she brings both industry knowledge and creative storytelling to the Top Hand team.
Through her business, Meaganish Marketing & Photography, Meagan has spent over a decade working with livestock producers, agricultural businesses, and western brands across Oklahoma and beyond. From product launches and trade shows to ranch content and customer spotlights, she helps showcase the people, equipment, and operations that make the ag industry what it is.
Whether she’s behind the camera at a branding, building marketing campaigns, or creating day-to-day content from the ranch, Meagan focuses on authentic storytelling and supporting the producers Top Hand serves every day.

Official Greeter, Gate Checker & Junior Boss Youngest Member of the Top Hand Ag Team Riata may be the youngest around here, but don’t let her size fool you—she’s got big opinions on equipment and even bigger plans. As the daughter of Morgan and Dillon, she’s grown up in the middle of the action, whether that’s loading mineral feeders, checking cows, or riding along for bale bed deliveries with our family-owned ag equipment. She’s the first to greet you at the shop, embodies our commitment to customer-focused service, has a strong stance on which stickers should go on the trailer, and she’s always up for a snack and a story. We’re not saying she runs the place… but we’re not not saying that either. You can't call her, but you can call her Mom, who ensures our ranch-tested machinery is always top-notch.
