Dillon’s your man.
Raised on hard work and horsepower, he brings hands-on knowledge and real-world experience to every job. He doesn’t just sell the equipment—he uses it, fixes it, and makes sure it’s ready to perform when you hit the pasture or highway.
If it runs, Dillon’s probably worked on it.
If it doesn’t, he’ll figure out why.

Morgan Satterwhite

Morgan is the backbone of the day-to-day at Top Hand Ag Equipment. She handles equipment logistics, coordinates orders and installs, and makes sure everything runs smooth and steady. From managing inventory to making sure customers leave with exactly what they need, Morgan keeps the business grounded and growing.
She’s got a deep ag background, a sharp eye for detail, and a no-fuss attitude that gets things done—whether that’s loading bins, answering customer calls, or teaching the next generation (a.k.a. Riata) how to run
a ranch right.
Top Hand doesn’t run without her—

Salesman
Carson knows ag—because he lives it. Born and raised around cattle, hayfields, and hard work, Carson brings real-world experience to every sale. He’s not just here to move equipment; he’s here to make sure you get the right setup for your operation. Whether you’re looking for a bale bed, a sprayer, or a full overhaul of your feeding system, Carson’s the guy who’ll take the time to get it right—and answer your call after the sale.
When he’s not helping customers at Top Hand, you’ll likely find him in a pasture, at a branding, or a motorcycle rally.

Youngest Member of the Top Hand Ag Team
Riata may be the youngest around here, but don’t let her size fool you—she’s got big opinions on equipment and even bigger plans. As the daughter of Morgan and Dillon, she’s grown up in the middle of the action, whether that’s loading mineral feeders, checking cows, or riding along for bale bed deliveries.
She’s the first to greet you at the shop, has a strong stance on which stickers should go on the trailer, and she’s always up for a snack and a story. We’re not saying she runs the place… but we’re not not saying that either. You can't call her, but you can call her Mom.
